Jeffrey H. Glassover, Founding Partner of Glassover & Raitz, LLC, defines and implements strategic plans designed to further extend the Company’s existing platform. Mr. Glassover is a graduate of Columbia Business School and Cornell Law School, and has over 30 years of experience representing top institutional real estate clients, including pension funds, prominent financial institutions, and some of the world's most famous hotels. Mr. Glassover is also Of Counsel to one of the oldest law firms in the U.S., McLaughlin & Stern, LLP.
Matthew J. Raitz
Matthew J. Raitz, Principal of Glassover & Raitz, LLC, oversees the day to day operations of the Company and is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the Company’s marketing platform. Mr. Raitz has been involved in approximately $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions and development projects, and has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, finance, and marketing. Mr. Raitz is a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business and was a member of the men's golf team. Mr Raitz is a nine-time recipient of CoStar's Power Broker Award, and currently holds active real estate brokerage licenses in Florida, Georgia, and Massachusetts.
